Reaching out for support can be a difficult first step, and I am honored to be part of that journey with you. I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where we can explore the concerns bringing you to therapy and identify paths toward healing and growth.

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, obsessive-compulsive concerns, and the impacts of difficult or traumatic experiences. When relevant, I also incorporate an appreciation for the human-animal bond into my work, recognizing the meaningful role animals can play in fostering comfort, connection, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.

My approach is insight-oriented and psychodynamic, with a focus on understanding the experiences, relationships, and patterns that have shaped how you see yourself and navigate the world. Together, we can explore these connections with curiosity and compassion, building greater self-awareness and creating space for meaningful, lasting change that feels true to who you are.
