Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and I want you to know that taking this step—no matter how difficult—is a powerful move toward healing and growth. If you're struggling with past experiences that continue to affect your present, or if you're searching for deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships, I'm here to offer support.
My approach is grounded in a trauma-informed lens, which means I recognize how past experiences shape the way we see ourselves and navigate the world. I believe that healing happens when we feel truly seen and understood in a safe, compassionate space. Together, we'll work to untangle the patterns that may be holding you back and build new pathways toward the life you envision for yourself.
I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EYe Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and attachment-based work to tailor treatment to your unique needs and experiences.
Whether you're working through anxiety, relationship difficulties, unresolved trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I'm committed to meeting you where you are without judgment. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, develop deeper self-compassion, and create meaningful change that extends beyond our sessions.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward greater wholeness and well-being.
