Hi, I’m Carli. I provide therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, self-esteem difficulties, and life transitions. In our work together, I use proven, holistic, and effective approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help you manage emotions, create healthier thinking patterns, and cope with challenges you are experiencing. I also bring a trauma-informed, client-centered lens to make sure therapy feels safe, non-judgemental, warm, and respectful of your unique experiences. I believe the clients are the main drivers of the therapeutic space. I tailor treatment to meet each client where they are within their lives. Together, we will explore what matters most to you, build your toolbox, and reconnect with the strengths you carry within. Every person holds the capacity for resilience and transformation.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Southern California (USC) and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. Prior to working with Canyon Creek Counseling, I worked within school and community mental health settings, providing care to young children and adults. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to providing empathetic, inclusive, and culturally responsive care.
I can’t wait to meet you and support you in building a life that feels more hopeful, joyful, and true to who you are.
