Hello, and thank you for stopping by. My name is Christine and I’m passionate about supporting individuals through the ups and downs of life, whether you're dealing with suffering, pain, mental health challenges, transitions, or relationship issues. I believe that while no life or person is perfect, it's possible to create a fulfilling and meaningful life even in the face of adversity. In therapy, we don’t need to ignore the difficulties you face to find happiness. My goal is to help you acknowledge and work through these challenges while finding joy and meaning alongside them. My approach is holistic and person-centered, which means I bring empathy and non-judgment to every single session. I use evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Solution-Focused Therapy to find what works best for you. Additionally, I’m passionate about teaching practical skills such as mindfulness, grounding, and distress tolerance that you can use in your everyday life.

With my background as a former school counselor, I have extensive experience supporting K-12 students with their academic, social, and emotional needs and helping them navigate crises. Now, as a mental health clinician, I’m committed to helping you build your identity, self-esteem, and confidence. Together, we’ll explore your core beliefs, thought patterns, and the impact of your cultural and personal experiences. I look forward to working with you to explore your inner world and create positive change, so you can feel empowered and lead a happier and healthier life.
