Hi, I’m glad you’re here. I work with individuals, parents, children, adolescents, & couples navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship difficulties, career stagnation, and major life transitions. I strive to provide a warm and accepting space where you feel genuinely heard, and where we can work together toward what matters most to you.
My approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and direct. In therapy we will identify and build on your strengths while also developing clear, concrete strategies for growth. I draw from evidence-based approaches including attachment-based therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), SPACE (Parenting for children with anxiety), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and Emotion Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT). Whether you're a parent trying to find the balance between support and boundaries, working to understand yourself more deeply, or a family looking to reconnect, I will support you with openness and understanding. My goal is always for you to feel more like yourself; grounded, clear, and back in the driver's seat of your own life.
As a parent, and with a background in the entertainment industry, I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work. I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. I have a background in early childhood development and have worked with children, adolescents, and adults across individual, family, group, private practice and school settings.
Taking the first step to consider therapy is often the hardest one, and I look forward to taking the next step toward growth and healing together.
