Supervised by Elizabeth Weiner, LMFT #109510
Hi, I’m Nicole. I approach therapy through a warm, accepting, and collaborative lens, believing it can be a valuable tool for anyone — whether you’re navigating life’s
challenges, processing past experiences, or simply seeking a space to reflect and be heard. I view therapy as a process guided by your unique needs and am passionate about meeting clients exactly where they are. I strive to create an empathetic, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel safe, supported, and understood. I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, helping individuals manage stress, anxiety, trauma symptoms, and life transitions. My approach integrates trauma-informed care with an awareness of cultural differences, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered practices tailored to each person’s experience.
With experience as both a residential treatment therapist and a school-based therapist, I bring a deep understanding of emotional, social, and academic needs across all ages, as well as the systems and processes that impact children, families, and educational environments.
Whether I’m working with individuals, couples, or families, I prioritize building a collaborative, supportive therapeutic relationship — a space where you can grow, heal, and reconnect with yourself. I look forward to meeting you and walking alongside you on your journey.
